Siri Trot! Version 0.3.01

Siri Trot! Version 0.3.02 has just been released. Along with this update is a new obstacle, new animations, and plenty of fixes.

This Devlog will include the hot-patch released right after the initial 0.3.01 release. It had a few small bugs that still needed worked out. There is still one more but I will adjust that later.

Bugs, Additions, and Changes

• Added: Along with the Spikes and Vine Clouds, there are now Parasprites! They wanna eat! (They are still in early development, but as they are work. Someday they might eat a cloud or two!)
• Added: A new animation has been added to the Cracked Spikes by https://the-fat-punisher.itch.io. Currently it plays too fast, but next small update will adjust that. Thanks, TFP.
• Added: New character animations based on speed. (From walking between 1.6-2.4, now to sprinting at 2.6+)
• Added: Rain now will fall from the sky on random .
• Changes: Splash Screen is back thanks to the recent reset change.
• Changes: Starting speed is now 1.6, rather than instantly 2. (This translates to a speed of .16 instead of .20)
• Changes: Modified the background slightly.
• Changes: Moved the object change/randomizer script into its own Event. As mentioned in a previous devlog, Events will allow me to fix issues quicker and with much less effort.
• Bug: Fixed an issue with objects resetting correctly.
• Bug: Fixed an inconsistency with score. Now it should be based off the object correctly.
• Bug - Hot-patch: Changed how quickly the Parasprites spawn.
• Bug - Hot-patch: Parasprites should now correctly be deleted after leaving the screen. (They were endlessly making a pile at the end of the map!)

This update has many more bug-fixes in it, but they were miniscule enough to not count into the list above. The addition of the parasprites brought this update up a minor number. Anymore additions like these will do the same from now on. I plan on adding a few more objects to the world. Nothing that could harm Siri, but rather things that are worth points! Bits? Maybe Caps? Maybe a Fallout stylization? Digitized version? We'll see about those. For now, that's the update.
