Siri Trot! Version 0.2.90 Hot Patch

This update addresses concerns with the previous version.

There are no new additions to this update.

• BUG: Restarting would not reset velocity and player speed. Tests indicate that now it does.
• Minor BUG: Velocity was not reading as intended. It was reading as 0.2X, instead of 2.X. Now it will read correctly. 3 Velocity becomes very difficult, so I may adjust scaling later.
• MAP: Spawns adjusted and spaced out. Should make reaching 1K points easier. Further adjustments will be considered.

To streamline fixes, I've moved the restart buttons, which I did in a lazy/dirty way, to a newer system. Instead of each field having its own script, they now correctly call upon a single, preset script. (The engine calls these Custom Scripts, but it's really a Custom Event for this case).

That's it for now. I rushed this out a bit because I had to leave for work the moment this update went up. More adjustments will be made, and additions are still planned.
